PRAXIS®
is an Electronic Medical Record system. It stores patient chart
notes, x-rays, laboratory reports, EKG's, Vital Statistics, Medications,
and everything you would normally put in a file folder. Your paper

them, determine billing from them, and organize them. Paper Charts

Templates confine you. Praxis frees you from filling out
a form with someone else's words. Chart with PRAXIS using
your own free text, and give administrators the correct
information, without resorting to a boilerplate.

Freedom
PRAXIS
is portable. You can bring it with you to the exam room, chart
your full progress note, and give the patient printouts, including
prescriptions and instructions. Your progress notes stay in your
computer, and you can print them as necessary. Your lengthy charting
is completed at the click of the mouse, before the patient leaves
the exam room! The chart is also accessable remotely from anywhere
in the world.

Where
is Praxis used today?
XTELL
Networks has been assisting the Infor*Med corporation for the
past five years in the development of Praxis. We have clinics
using Praxis throughout West Virginia and Ohio in addition to
the thousands of clients nationwide.
Currently,
we are deploying Praxis throughout Southeastern Ohio. A few of
our clients include the Ohio University School of Osteopathic
Medicine, University Medical Associates and the OU
Biorepository.
